Guarantee processing


If a product error or fault occurs under normal conditions of use within the guarantee period, you can send in
your device for a free repair. Please only use our processing system for the repair of your device.
We will provide you with a prepared covering letter which you then just need to print out.

Important: Please send in the navigation device together with accessories and a copy of the purchase receipt.

We will of course repair your device even if it is not covered by the guarantee or you have damaged it yourself.
You must pay for any repair to devices outside of the terms of the guarantee and this shall be exclusively subject
to the terms and conditions of the Service Centre.
